So you got invited to join an organization but you’re not sure what to do next? You’re in the right place. Let’s walk through it together. Whether you’re using the website or the app, the method is the same.
Requirements
- You should have downloaded the Memberment app – Where do I download the mobile app? – or…
- You should be at https://community.memberment.com
- You should have signed up with Memberment
- You should be logged in
First things first, you have to be signed up! So whether you’re using the app or the website, sign up for an account now and once logged in, join us at the next step.

1. Menu
Once logged in, hit the menu icon in the top left to open the sidebar and select Join Organization.
2. Join Organization
Enter the invitation code you’ve received and remember it is case-sensitive so enter it exactly as it appears. Select Continue to, well… continue.
3. Confirmation
If you’ve correctly entered a valid code, you should see a message acknowledging that you are trying to join an organization. If everything looks right, select Continue.
4. All done!
If everything succeeded, you should be all set now with a message letting you know that you are now waiting on approval from your organization.
5. Select Organization
If you’re the anxious impatient type, worry not. You can check the status of your approval at any time by selecting the Select Organization button in the Sidebar. It should be distinguishable by the red circle indicating you have an outstanding item on that screen.
6. View status
You should now see all organizations you are a member of, including any that are pending. In the case of pending organizations, you will see your status beneath the organization name.
